PURPOSE:To transfer 0.7mumphi bubbles with a satisfactory characteristic by providing a projecting part to a specific height on the inside at the end of a transfer path in the direction where the magnetic bubble moves first. CONSTITUTION:The projecting part of which the height (x) is 0.4<=x/d<=3.6 rela- tive with the diameter (d) of the magnetic bubble is provided on the inside at the end of the transfer path where the bubble moves first. The period of the transfer path is 14mum and the height (x) of the projecting part is 0.5mum. The bias magnetic margine of the case in which the 0.5mumphi bubble is moved by using such transfer path is 12%. Thus the element exhibits the satisfactory characteristic. |
