This movement of the carrier 20 causes a counter 17 to move in normal or reverse direction of fine adjustment (take a figure up or down) step by step. That is, the set count value of the counter 17 is adjusted to increase or decrease for fine adjustment with the screen stopped by moving the counter 17 in normal or reverse direction step by step.
