PURPOSE:To improve low-temp. fixability, release property, fluidity, durability, etc. by using a polyester resin contg. an insoluble component of chloroform at a high rate as a binder resin and incorporating specific two kinds of release agents in combination into said resin. CONSTITUTION:(A) The binder resin consisting of the polyester resin contg. >=5wt% the insoluble component of chloroform, (B) the release agent consisting of the wax contg. >=20wt% ester component and <=4 penetration (e.g.; carnauba wax, candelilla wax) and (C) the release agent consisting of polyolefin wax (e.g.; polyethylene wax) are mixed in such a manner that the content ratio of the component B: the component C attains 0.5-10:1 weight ratio. A colorant (e.g.; carbon black, nigrosine dye) and necessary additives are further compounded therewith, by which the intended toner for developing an electrostatic charge image is obtd. |
