PURPOSE:To simplify construction by providing freely liftably a discharge plate to a refuse contg. chamber communicating with a refuse extruding chamber, closing the aperture at the top end by said discharge plate and compressing the refuse. CONSTITUTION:The refuse extruding chamber 2 is communicated with the aperture 9 at the top end of the refuse contg. chamber 1 and the discharge plate 11 is freely liftably provided to the chamber 2. The plate 11 is then slided and the refuse is compressed to a lump shape by a pushing plate 5 while the aperture 9 at the top end of the chamber 1 is held closed. The refuse is treated by such simple construction.
