PURPOSE:To obtain a fuel for diesel engine, boiler, etc., by mixing two kinds of fuel oils essentially having temperature difference before mixing, automatically at prescribed temperature gradient and ratio, thereby enabling the satisfactory mixing of a high-quality oil with a low-quality oil. CONSTITUTION:TM satisfying the formula I (TA and TB are measured temperatures of the fuel oils A and B, respectively; MA and MB are target mixing ratios (percentage); and TM is the theoretical oil temperature of the mixed oil at the above mixing ratio) and DELTAt satisfying the formula II or formula III(DELTAt is the required time to get the target temperature gradient after the start of mixing; a is target temperature gradient) are calculated. These values are inputted as the standard values, and the target mixing ratios MA and MB are automatically controlled by feeding back the measured temperature of the mixed oil TM' as the compensation input.
