PURPOSE:To use various recording media without damaging a connection cord and to perform accurate retrieval by arranging tips of optical fibers in the moving direction of a film and moving them in the film moving direction. CONSTITUTION:Tips of respective optical fibars 25-27 of a mark detector 11 are positioned at the edge part of an opening 20 bored in a block 22 and arranged along the mark movement passage of the film. The block 22 is provided with masks 281, 282, and 283. The tip of the optical fiber 25 is fitted in the through hole of the mask 281, the mask 281 and tip of the optical fiber 27 are fitted in the through-hole of the mask 282, and they move together with the masks. The masks 281 and 282 are moved properly as shown by an arrow to shift the optical fibers 25 and 27 in tip position, adjusting the stop position of a film frame.
