PURPOSE:To enable a decrease in a secondary flow loss, by a method wherein the vane root part of a moving vane is formed in a curved manner so that the height of an outlet is increased over that of an inlet. CONSTITUTION:A vane root part 23 is formed in a curved manner so that a height 22 of the outlet of a moving vane 2 is decreased over a height 21 of the inlet thereof. This causes a streamline to be pressed against the side opposite to a curved wall and smoothly very a direction, resulting in control of a secondary flow and in the possibility to decrease a secondary flow loss. |
