This optoelectronic receiver includes an input photodetector 11 receiving a light flux generated by an electrooptical emitter 18, 19 and conveyed by optical fibre 12, and an electronic amplifier 13 amplifying the signal provided by the input photodetector 11 and delivering the output signal from the optoelectric receiver. It is provided with a loop for optical feedback comprising a light source 15 modulated in intensity by the output signal from the optoelectronic receiver and optical means 17 of coupling and of attenuation directing part of the light flux from the said source 15 to the input of the optoelectronic receiver, here by way of a feedback photodetector 16 connected so that the effects of the two light fluxes on the input of the optoelectronic receiver subtract from one another. <IMAGE>
