<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the drivability of a vehicle, by interrupting the control of half-clutch when a brake pedal is depressed, and by restarting the control of half-clutch when the brake pedal is released. CONSTITUTION:A clutch control device 4 receives signals from a shift position sensor 42, an accelerator switch 43, a mode change-over switch 44 for selecting whether the control of half-clutch is carried out or not, a brake switch 45 and a pressure sensor 39, and delivers signals to a solenoid supply valve 36 and a solenoid discharge valve 37 to engage or disengage a clutch 2. The control of half- clutch is carried out when the shift position is at its forward or backward position, the accelerator pedal is not depressed, the mode should be of the control of half clutch and a brake pedal is not depressed.</p> |
