The present invention relates to the technical field of input methods for computers. Disclosed is a method for inputting a diacritic letter. The present invention is to resolve the problems, caused by the complexity and troublesomeness in inputting diacritic letters, of interruptions of normal input, affected input speed and even failure to perform correct input because of unfamiliarity of an inputter to diacritic letters in the prior art. The method comprises: step 1, a user presses a function key and a letter key; step 2, an input method program calls and displays a character set; and step 3, the user selects a diacritic letter and enables the diacritic letter to be displayed on a screen. The method is used for conveniently and rapidly inputting various diacritic letters in a computer. |
