Provided is a high-power transducer suitable for use in bone-conduction earphones, comprising a housing (1) and a vibrating tab (2), said housing (1) being cylindrical and the bottom of the inside thereof being provided with a boss (11) facing radially inward; the vibrating tab (2) is arranged on the boss (11), and the space formed by the vibrating tab (2) and the housing (1) is internally provided with a foam (3); also comprised are a bracket (4), a circuit board (5), and a magnet (6); the bracket (4) is bowl-shaped and is arranged on the vibrating tab (2), and the bowl opening of the bracket (4) faces one side of the opening of the housing (1); the circuit board (5) is arranged at the opening of the housing (1), and the circuit board (5) side facing the bracket (4) is provided with a coil (7); the magnet (6) is arranged at the bottom of the bowl of the bracket (4) and is arranged concentrically with the coil (7), and the coil partially covers the magnet (6). The high-power transducer has improved low-frequency performance, and external vibrations are reduced while the high-power transducer is operating, thus protecting the vibrating tab. |
