The wristwatch is designed so as to provide for an intimate combination between the clockwork device (5) of this watch and a system for recording and evaluating medical data at a precise time of production of various recorded curves for the human body of the user of the watch, for example heart rate, blood pressure, etc. In addition the watch makes it possible to broadcast, by loudspeaker (7), instructions having to be issued at specified times of the day. Behind the clockwork device (5) of electronic type, the casing (1) includes a complementary element (11) for reproducing an instruction, for example a human voice, and a complementary element (12) for recording the heart rate. These elements carry contacts (13, 20) able to cooperate with corresponding contacts of the casing (1). The data transmitted to the casing are evaluated with the aid of programs installed in the microprocessors of the complementary elements (11, 12) for recording and reproduction. The rotating ring (19) provides for changing program. The watch allows continual medical monitoring of the user. <IMAGE>
