PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness and the accuracy, to increase a speed through which a focus of laser light passes, and to accumulate no energy of excessive laser light by turning a working head around the focus by single spindle control. CONSTITUTION:In case the second arm 11 is turned by operating a DC servo- motor, a relative angle of the third arm 6 to the first arm 13 is not varied, and a relative angle of a working head 1 to the second arm 11 is not varied. Also, a distance (QR) between a turning center Q of the third arm 6 and a turning center R of the second arm 11, and a distance (PO) between a turning center P of the working head 1 and a laser focusing point O are designed to (QR=PO). Accordingly, the working heat turns around the focus O of a condenser lens. |
