PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by providing a function diagnosing the propriety of operation of a dial detection section based on the result of detection of a test pattern detected by the dial detection section so as to detect earlier a function fault of the dial detection section. CONSTITUTION:A radio signal incoming from a mobile set MSS is received by a talking receiver VRX, demodulated into a base band and transmitted to a radio line control station MCS, a part is branched and inputted to a dial detection section 2. As to self diagnosis, a switching command signal S(sw) is impressed to a control input terminal 13 of a switching section 1 from a central processing section 3, the input of the switching section 1 is switched to the input terminal 12, the central processing section 3 reads the test data of a prescribed pattern stored in a ROM and transmitted to the dial detection section 2. The dial detection section 2 detects the inputted test data, stores it to a storage circuit 25 and when the result of detection of a prescribed number is stored, it is read in the central processing section 3. The central processing section 3 checks the result of detection based on the content of the test pattern data to discriminate whether the function of the dial detection section 2 has a fault or not. |
