PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of an optical sensor to a car window ever so easy, by coupling a first member mounted with the optical sensor rotatably with a second member to be secured to a car body, while forcibly pressing the first member to the car window with a coil-form spring member installed in between both these members. CONSTITUTION:An optical sensor 2 provided with a light emitting element and a light receiving element is locked inside a hollow first member 1 composed of a resin is material having transmittability for infrared rays. In addition, at an outer surface of the first member 1, an elastic plate 3 composed of a rubber material having the infrared-ray transmittability is locked to a position corresponding to the optical sensor 2. And, a arm 4 solidly formed in the first member 1 is pivotally supported free of turning motion on a pin 6 attached to a second member 5 composed of resin or metal, while both these members 1 and 5 are coupled with each other by a coil-form spring member 7. Afterward, the second member 5 is locked to a body roof 12 with a screw 11. If so, the coil-form spring member 7 presses the first member 1 to a car window 13 whereby the optical sensor 2 is made to stick fast to the car window 13 via the elastic plate 3. |
