PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a concrete composite foundation pile by a method in which plural parts counteracting the horizontal force are projectionally set along the inside axial direction of a thin steel plate cylinder, and a given thickness of concrete is packed into the inside of the cylinder to close both sides of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal force-counteracting parts 5 are welded at a given interval along the inside axial direction of a thin steel plate 1, and the steel plate 1 is bent into a cylinder 3. A latex 11 is coated on the inner surface of the cylinder 3 and a given thickness of concrete 7 is packed and hardened on the inner surface of the cylinder 3 by a centrifugal molding method. Weld couplers 9 are attached to both ends of the cylinder 3. A concrete composite foundation pile having excellent resistance to horizontal forces and excellent cohesion can thus be obtained at low cost. |
