PURPOSE:To execute locally a treatment and to reduce the time for a heat treatment by providing a driving device for moving relatively laser beam, a sensor for measuring the temp. of the irradiating part, etc. and making adequately movable the laser beam according to the signal from the sensor. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of the laser oscillator 5 which irradiates the laser beam 6 to the surface of the sensitizing part 3 near the weld zone 2 of an austenitic stainless steel 1, the driving device 13 which moves the laser beam 6 relatively with the steel 1, the temp. sensor 14 which measures the temp. of the irradiating part of the laser beam 6 and a controller 15. The controller 15 records the desensitization curve indicating the moving speed of the laser beam 6 with respect to the temp. of the part 3 and controls the driving device 13 according to the signal from the sensor 14 thereby moving adequately the laser beam 6. |
