The present invention relates to fixed constructions and its subject more particularly is a construction with metal elements. A construction, according to the invention, is mainly characterised by the interaction of load-bearing wall elements 2, of tying elements 3 called inferior purlins, of roofing elements 4 and of at least one element 5 called a purlin acting as a roof ridge beam; each of the said elements comprises at least one generally U-shaped section made of galvanised sheet steel comprising at least four bending lines in the direction of its greatest dimension.
