PURPOSE:To perform steadily the water disposal of laminated metal plate due to the burning of exhausted gas by a method wherein a core material is gasified due to the decomposing and gasifying temperature rising of a laminated metal core material resin, then the gas is exhausted from the metal plate end part, also a gas required for burning supporting is supplied. CONSTITUTION:A laminated metal plate is initially increased in temperature, that is, the temperature is increased at the melting and decomposing of a core metal resin. The required temperature is slightly different based on the kind of the core metal, for instance, commonly used materials such as a polypropylene, a nylon and the like are gasified at about 500 deg.C+ or -70 deg.C, the produced gas is exhausted from the metal plate end part to the open area. At this time, by supplying a gas required for burning supporting, the temperature is increased and the gas is burnt, the producing of black smoke is prevented, also an odor can be prevented steadily. an air and an oxygen gas are utilized for burning supporting. In the above waste disposal, the waste can be continuously fed into a temperature increasing furnace by a batch type or, for instance, a conveyer, accordingly, the waste can be disposed continuously. |
