PURPOSE:To keep the impedance viewing a voltage supply line from a voltage varactor element high by constituting a part of the voltage supply line with a resistive element so as to make a current hardly flow when the line is coupled with a dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:The voltage supply circuit 12 consists of a resistive element 10 of 1/4 wavelength, a series connection of an open stub 8 of 1/4 wavelength to the element 10, and a choke connecting the connecting point between the said resistive element and the open stub 8 and a bias supply terminal. When the voltage supply line 12 and the dielectric resonator 1 are subject to magnetic field coupling as shown in one-dashed chain lines, since the coupled part is constituted with the resistive element, a current hardly flows. Then the coupling is loosened and the characteristic impedance of the voltage supply line 12 is not almost fluctuated, then high impedance is maintained. Further, a bias voltage is applied to a varactor diode 3 via the bias supply terminal, the choke 9 and the resistive element 10.
