PURPOSE:To realize a DNI (double non-interlace) TV camera with low cost and simple constitution by generating an odd (even) number order line signal (A field signal) and an even (odd) number order line signal (B field signal) from a frame picture electric charge and selecting whether they are outputted in parallel or outputted alternately at each ITV field period. CONSTITUTION:The signal charge outputted from each horizontal CCD is converted into a signal voltage by sense amplifiers 10 (A-D), signal voltages, B, G, R, G are compressed by gamma correction circuits 11 (A-D), converted into signal voltages B', G', R', G' and inputted to a process circuit 14B. The CCD delay circuit retards accurately the signal by allowing the delay circuits 12 (A-D) to receive an input signal not through a filter while the sense amplifiers 10 (A-D) sample and hole the signal. An A field signal is outputted from an output contact 18A of a recording circuit 17A and a B field signal is outputted from an output contact 18B of a recording circuit 17B.
