PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which allows a recipient to impose a penalty on a caller for nuisance call.SOLUTION: A nuisance call prevention system is constituted of a communication network, a server provided in an accounting system for managing the communication network usage fee, and a user machine for connection with the communication network, where employer identification data is added to the telephone number of the caller. The server provided in an accounting system includes communication request reception means for receiving a communication request for the telephone number, caller identification means for identifying the caller identification data of the caller, caller inquiry means for inquiring information including the credit information about an identified caller, communication control means for establishing communication between the caller and a user machine, when incoming call in the user machine of the recipient is recognized as a result of inquiring the caller, billing determination means for determining whether or not penalty charge is imposed on the caller, and billing means for billing to the caller based on the billing determination data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
