PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical value recognition apparatus configured to properly recognize a numerical value indicated by a measurement apparatus, regardless of a difference in imaging field of view, a numerical value recognition method, and a numerical value recognition program.SOLUTION: A numerical value recognition apparatus includes: a storage section which stores patterns of belt-like numeric value strings corresponding to number wheels of a numeric value display section of a measurement apparatus; an extraction section which extracts information indicated by the number wheels for each digit included in an image including numerical value information of the measurement apparatus; a collation section which collates the information indicated by the number wheels with the patterns of the numeric value strings; a recognition section which recognizes a numerical value indicated by the measurement apparatus, on the basis of a collation result of the number wheels collated by the collation section; and a determination section which determines a value of a scale included in the image, on the basis of a collation result of the number wheel located at the lowest digit, collated by the collation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
