发明名称 X-RAY FLUORESCENT INTENSIFYING TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To optionally move a photographed substance image on the output face by providing a means for deflecting an electron from the input face in the electron lens system of X-ray fluorescence intensifying tube. CONSTITUTION:Eight grid electrodes 15a-15c are provided between the input face 2 and the output face 3 of a X-ray fluorescence intensifying tube. The grid electrode 15c is constituted to have the function as focusing electrode and deflection electrode. When the X-ray passing through the photographed substance 21 from a X-ray generator 20 is irradiated to the input face 2, the photographed substance image of maximum visual field size is formed on the output face 3. When observing a partial magnified image of the photographed substance, higher potential is applied to the grid electrode 15c to reduce the visual field. When the part to be magnified is deviated from the central position, the different potential is applied between the opposite electrodes of the electrodes 18a-18d obtained by division of the grid electrode 15c to deflect the focused electrons as shown in the broken line 22 and a desired magnifying image is formed on the output face 3.
