摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the orientation magnetic field by constituting the die with the compound of the ferromagnetic material used on the part where the magnetic flux of the external magnetic field passes and the non-magnetic material used on the other part, and consequently concentrating the magnetic flux to the cavity of metal mold. CONSTITUTION:The die 12 is constituted with the compound of the ferromagnetic material 28 and the non-magnetic material 30. As the large internal pressure is impressed ou the die 12 in case of the press forming, the external periphery of the die 12 made of the compound of the above materials is tightly surrounded by the reinforcement part 32 like a ring, which is made of non-magnetic material. The upper puch 14 and the lower punch 18 are also made of non-magnetic material. When the magnetic flux of the external magnetic field exited by the electromagnetic coil 20 and the magnetic poles 24 passes the metal mold 10, it flows through the path of the ferromagnetic material whose magnetic resistance is smallest. Thus, the magnetic flux can be intensely concentrated to the metal mold cavity 22.
