PURPOSE:To minimize a constraint for an action of a listener when the listener listens with earphones by installing a sound signal receiving part to receive a prescribed sound signal electric wave in a single body with a wireless remote control device and an earphone terminal to which the sound signal output of the receiving part is guided. CONSTITUTION:A viewer can conventionally control (including a sound input control, etc.) a remote control signal transmitting unit 9 of a remote control device 8 at the hand and can execute the remote control for a television receiver main body 2. Further, since during the action of a television receiver 1, the sound signal is transmitted from a sound signal transmitting antenna 4 by a sound signal transmitting part 3, the viewer can view with earphones by inserting an earphone plug into an earphone jack 13 of the remote control device 8 at the hand, setting a switch 14 for receiving to an 'on' condition, and operating a sound signal receiving part 12. Consequently, the constraint for the action of the viewer is small, and the merit of a wireless remote control (degree of freedom of a viewing position or an installing place of a receiver is large.) will never be decreased. |
