PURPOSE:To execute delicate menagement with respect to each item in a business form corresponding to users by executing the magagement to each item of business form data based on management subjects corresponding to an inputted user's code. CONSTITUTION:When a user's code and a name of a business form are inputted from a keyboard 1, a management control part 3 reads out the corresponding item management information from a business form item management storage part 4 based on its business form name and the user's code. Also, a business form operation control part 5 reads out the corresponding business form data from a business form data storage part 6. The management control part 3 performs management to each item of all the business form data that have been read out, based on the item management information, and displays the business from data to which the management has been performed, on a display 2. |
