PURPOSE:A substance such as perfume, insecticide or antirusting agent is made into a clathrate with cyclodextrin and it is mixed with a resin and molded to give the titled product which develops durative effect for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:(A) A substance selected from perfume, insecticide, and/or fungicide is mixed with (B) a reduced cyclodextrin malt syrup (cyclodextrin is added to malt syrup) to form a clathrate of component A with cyclodextrin. Then, the product is dried into a powder and the powder is added to (C) a synthetic resin such as an olefinic resin, by 1-60wt% based on the resin and melt- extruded into pellets or it is mixed with a resin and molded to give the objective products.
