PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in measuring accuracy of resin, by performing control based on a deceleration slope by computing a starting position of deceleration of a screw. CONSTITUTION:When preset values are applied to a screw speed presetting device 32, screw backward-movement-limit presetting device 34 and deceleration slope presetting device 36, graphs relating to a screw speed and screw stroke are drawn and a deceleration starting position S (or position S') is computed. Resin plasticized through revolution and driving of the screw 4 is accumulated in a front space 8 and the screw 4 is moved backward. A backward movement position of the screw 4 is grasped through an input of a positional signal from a screw position detector 20 and when a matter that the screw has arrived at the deceleration starting position (point S) is detected, a control signal is put out from a control device 30. Then a quantity of hydraulic oil to be supplied to a hydraulic motor 16 is controlled, a speed of the screw 4 is decelerated so that the speed of the screw 4 coincides with a deceleration slope, and stopped at a metering position. |
