PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the separation of dissociated <235>UF6 and non- dissociated UF6 or the separation of both components and carrier gas, by providing a recovery device having a structure for precipitating UF5, F2 and F6 or a structure for condensing and collecting UF5, F2, F6. CONSTITUTION:After UF6 from a UF6 tank 1 was mixed with carrier gas from a carrier gas tank 2, the resulting mixture is guided to a diabatic expansion nozzle 4 by a supply pipe 3 and discharged. Subsequently, laser is irradiated from selective exciting laser 6 and dissociation laser 7. Then, the dissociated UF6 molecule after the irradiation of laser is collectively recovered in recovery vessels 10a, 10b along with non-dissociated UF6 to at first separate non- condensible carrier gas. Succeedingly, UF6 and F2 being one component of dissociated UF5 are separated by sublimation. At least, remaining UF5 is reacted with F2 to form UF6 which is, in turn, taken out from the recovery vessels 10a, 10b. The above mentioned recovery vessels 10a, 10b comprise from a combination of two or more and alternately used.
