A hood structure for a vehicle in which a hood garnish (40) is attached to the top surface of the rear portion of a hood skin (31) via a plurality of clip mechanisms (50) provided on the rear surface (40b) of the hood garnish. The clip mechanisms (50) comprise: a plurality of grooves (52) aligned lengthwise on the rear surface (40b) of the hood garnish; a plurality of clips (53) slideably engaged in the grooves (52); and a plurality of clip holes (34) provided on the top surface of the rear portion of the hood skin (31), into which the clips (53) can be hooked. The grooves (52) are inclined outward in the length direction and rearward in relation to the front edge of the hood garnish (40), the angle of inclination of the inclined grooves (52) increasing the farther the groove is positioned outward in the length direction of the hood garnish (40). |
