PURPOSE:To provide the titled adhesive composed of a polycaprolactone-based amide elastomer, enabling the bonding at a low temperature, and having excellent resistance to washing with water. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive can be produced by reacting (A) one or more polyamide-forming compounds selected from a 6-12C aminocarboxylic acid (preferably 6-aminocaproic acid, etc.) or a 6-12C lactam (preferably caprolactam, etc.) or a nylon salt derived from 4-12C dicarboxylic acid and a 4-12C diamine (e.g. adipic acid hexamethylenediamine salt, etc.) with (B) a 4-54C dicarboxylic acid (preferably terephthalic acid, etc.) and (C) a polycaprolactone diol having an average molecular weight of 200-10,000, and pulverizing the resultant polycaprolactone-based amide elastomer (preferably having a softening point of 60-160 deg.C).
