PURPOSE:A resin composition suitable for various industrial materials, having transparency, improved flaxibility, and improved molding properties, obtained by blending two block copolymers consisting of specific middle blocks and specified blocks of both ends, having different constitution ratios. CONSTITUTION:(A) 20-90pts.wt., preferably 25-80pts.wt. block copolymer consisting of A1: 10-20wt% block of both ends of an aromatic vinyl compound polymer (e.g., polystyrene, etc.) having 500-125,000 number-average molecular weight and A2: 20-90pts.wt. block copolymer middle block of a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer (e.g., polybutadiene, etc.) having 10,000-300,000 number-average molecular weight is blended with (B) 80-10pts.wt., preferably 75-20pts.wt. block copolymer consisting of 25-35wt% block of both ends A1 and the middle block A2.
