PURPOSE:To give recombustion to gases of incomplete combustion by means of swirl and reduce substantially production of black smoke by providing a high-pressure air blow-out opening in the circumferential wall of fixed cylindrical body and a low-pressure air blowing passage at the outlet passage of a deodorizing furnace in order to reduce the temperature of high temperature gases. CONSTITUTION:Until the temperature in a rotary kiln 4 reaches 400 deg.C, a front damper 24 is fully open, a high-pressure air pump 20 stopped, a low-pressure air pump 21 stopped and a rear damper 26 kept half open. When the tempera ture in the rotary kiln exceeds 800 deg.C, the front damper 24 is half open, the high pressure air pump 20 is operated, the low pressure air pump 21 also operat ed, and the rear damper becomes fully open. Over 800 deg.C, a swirl is developed in a cylindrial body 11, and recombustion of the exhaust gas of complete combus tion which stays in the rotary kiln takes place by this swirl. The recombustion raises the temperature of the exhaust gas coming out of a deodorizing furnace 6, but the air supplied from a low pressure air blowing-in passage 14 lowers the exhaust gas temperature to 350 deg.C-250 deg.C. |
