PURPOSE:To attain an easy and quick drawing of a hydraulic circuit by dividing the drawing plane into matrix-shaped unit blocks of drawing giving them an address, and specifying a block by inputting the address, then repeatedly inputting the drawing code data of parts and drawing patterns to be drawn in the specified block. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer 10 is set in the input mode. The drawing plane is divided into the matrix-shaped unit blocks of drawing, and an address is given to each of the blocks. Each part and its drawing pattern to be written in one block are encoded as a drawing code, which is stored in an external storage device 20 through an input equipment 14. Then the computer 10 is set in the drawing mode, and an address is inputted specifying the unit block of drawing, as well as inputting a code data of the parts and drawing patterns to be written in the specified block into an automatic drawing machine 12. The said procedure is sequentially repeated in order to draw the hydraulic circuit sequentially.
