<p>PURPOSE:To detect early a trouble of a device to be controlled by supplying the make/break control signal to a power supply control means to detect the break defects of the power supply control means and a power supply switch. CONSTITUTION:A data transmission carrier wave 10 is transmitted from a remote center and the power supply of a device 2 to be controlled is made and broken by a power supply make/break controller 1 via a MODEM 3. The controller 1 contains detecting circuits 1a and 1c for indications of make and break and makes and breaks the power supply via a power supply make/break control circuit 1b. The time monitor circuits 1d and 1f are added to the controller 1 together with a reception circuit 1g for power supply make/break and a deciding circuit 1e. Thus a time-over detecting signal 18 given from the circuit 1d is turned on to set a trouble processing mode in case a break indicating signal 14 does not show a break indicating state within a fixed period of time despite an ON state of a break command signal 16. The trouble processing mode is also set if an information signal 21 is not broken while the signal 14 is kept on.</p> |
