PURPOSE:To rapidly remove a filtered substance, by providing a take-out port closed by an opening and closing plate to the lower end of a treatment tank and further arranging an push-out plate to the lower position of the upper surface of said treatment tank. CONSTITUTION:when a filtered substance is accumulated in a treatment tank, the opening and closing plate 33 provided to the lower part of the tank 1 is opened and the push-out plate 12 arranged to the upper wall surface of the tank 1 is moved downwardly and the lumpy or pasty filtered substance in the tank 1 is pushed out from a take-out port 7 to be easily recovered from said take-out port 7. After recovery, the aforementioned push-out plate 12 is raised and the opening and closing plate 33 is readwardly moved to block the aforementioned take-out port 7.
