PURPOSE:To obtain a processed product of Raja kenojei Muller and Henle to be immediately used for food, having no peculiar smell of Raja kenojei Muller and Henle, softened gristle and flesh parts, by packing Raja kenojei Muller and Henle boiled with water into cans, filling the cans with sauce and making them into canned goods by a conventional procedure. CONSTITUTION:Raja kenojei Muller and Henle is immersed in water, boiled with water, packed into cans, which are filled with sauce and the sauce is deaerated. The cans are supplied with sauce in an amount corresponding to the amount reduced by deaeration, the cans are fully filled, covers are put thereon, the cans are sterilized under heating, and made into canned goods. |
