PURPOSE:To set a large expanding amount for an object to be loaded, by furnishing a pair of arms which are elastic to be stretched and closed in the same direction being forked off from a supporting point, and a connecting member variable to be bent in the direction to close the arms. CONSTITUTION:An elastic member 20 formed of a supporting portion 22 to be fixed to an adequate structure, and a pair of arms 24 and 26 stretched by forth being forked off into two branches from the supporting portion 22 to be opposite directions. At the both ends 24b and 26b of the pair of arms 24 and 26 are furnished rewinders and in the middle of the arms are arranged coils 24c and 26c. On the rewinders of the pair of arms 24 and 26 is attached a connecting member 28 of an elastic material such as a rubber tape, and at one side portion 28a of the connecting member 28 which is opposite to the supporting portion 22, is installed an object attached sliding freely to the structure.
