CONSTITUTION:The acetate salt added to the electrolyte as the buffer solution comprises for example, potassium acetate. The transitional metal cyano complex of the coloring agent is preferably used due to the high stability against the potassium ion. If the additional amount of the acetate used to the buffer is too small, the sufficient effect of the buffer can not display. If the additional amount of the buffer is too much, as the buffer can not dissolve to the electrolyte, said additional amount is preferably usually 0.05-1.5mol/l. The potassium salt which is the supporting electrolyte is regulated to the pH of 3-5 by adding an optional acid such as potassium chloride.
