PURPOSE:An electrically-conductive coating compound having humidity resistance and water resistance, improved adhesiveness to substrate, and improved electrical conductivity, comprising an ion complex consisting of a cationic polymer and an anionic polymer which are made of specific urethane resins and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:The aimed coating compound comprising an ion complex consisting of (A) a cationic polymer made of a polyurethane resin having a graft polymer chain formed of a cationic group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer, and (B) a polyurethane resin having a graft polymer chain formed of an anionic group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer and (C) a medium to dissolve or disperse the ion complex(preferably a mixture of organic solvent and water).
