PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of insulator and the occurrence of wrinkles by a method in which the folded portion of a surface plate is positioned downwards, a back plate is set below the folded portion, and they are pressed by a press surface plate from upper and lower sides and packed with an insulator. CONSTITUTION:The folded portion 1c of a surface plate 1 is positioned downwards, a back plate 4 is set below the folded portion 1c, and they are held from upper and lower sides. An insulator 7 is then packed into both of the plates 1 and 4. Since the thickness of the surface plate 1 is greater than the back plate 4, lesser flexion occurs, and little extension takes place in the panel body 1a when packing the insulator 7. Also, the extension is not interrupted and no wrinkles occur in both of the surface and back plates 1 and 4. |
