PURPOSE:To easily and economically manufacture various molds, dies and jig molds within a short time, by using a parallel arrangement aggregate comprising a large number of wire rod materials as the mold material entirely or partially constituting a mold and processing the mutually gathered surface formed by the end parts of the wire rod materials of the wire rod material aggregate to form a required mold surface configuration. CONSTITUTION:As wire rod materials 1, aluminum wire rod materials each having a diameter of about 2mm, a circular cross-section and a length of about 10cm and aluminum wire rod materials each having a diameter of about 1mm, a circular cross-section and a length of about 10cm are used in a mixed state and bundled by using a clamp frame 2 to form a wire rod material aggregate A. The mutually gathered surface (a) formed by the end parts of the wire rod materials of the wire rod material aggregate (A) is subjected to cutting processing to form a required mold surface configuration and finished by polishing to form a molding surface (b). This mold has a large number of fine piercing gap spaces 3, which function as ideal fine vacuum suction small holes or air vent small holes, present between the wire rod materials in the longitudinal direction thereof and is effective as a vacuum mold or pressure forming mold.
