A color film substrate and liquid crystal panel. The color film substrate comprising a substrate (1), and a color blocking layer (2) and a black matrix (4) disposed on the substrate. The color blocking layer (2) comprising a plurality of sub-pixel regions (3) arranged as a matrix and spaced apart by the black matrix (4). The sub-pixel regions (3) comprise a sub-pixel primary region (21) and a sub-pixel secondary region (22). Two sides of the sub-pixel secondary region (22) are respectively provided with a first transparent electrode (41) and a second transparent electrode (42) electrically connected to the sub-pixel secondary region (22). The sub-pixel secondary region (22) is prepared from an electrochromic material. By regulating a voltage signal applied to the two sides of the sub-pixel secondary region by the first transparent electrode (41) and the second transparent electrode (42), a color change of the sub-pixel secondary region (22) can be controlled, realizing switching between a high color-saturation and high brightness display mode of the color film substrate. The liquid crystal panel is provided with a color film substrate that can realize switching between a high color-saturation and high brightness display mode, simultaneously satisfying high color-saturation and high brightness display requirements. |
