DRIVING BEHAVIOUR CORRECTION METHOD AND DEVICE BASED ON INTERNET OF VEHICLES

Disclosed are a driving behaviour correction method and device based on Internet of Vehicles. The driving behaviour correction method based on Internet of Vehicles comprises: a first information acquisition device (10) acquiring information about a vehicle in real time (S110); a second information acquisition device (20) acquiring vehicle condition information about other surrounding vehicles on a road in real time (S120); a judgement unit (30) arranged in the present vehicle or a cloud judging whether a driving behaviour of the present vehicle is dangerous in real time according to the information about the vehicle and the vehicle condition information about the surrounding vehicles (S130); if so, then sending out a correction prompt for the driving behaviour to a driver of the vehicle (S140), and if not, then sending out no correction prompt. Even if the driving behaviour of the vehicle is not illegal, when it is judged according to each item of information that continuing the driving behaviour will endanger the vehicle, the correction prompt for the driving behaviour is sent out to the driver of the vehicle, thus being able to intervene and correct the driving behaviour of the driver in real time.
