PURPOSE:To make it possible to introduce material into the space having a form of product, close a pouring inlet or release mold from the product by sliding a core pin, by setting up a slide pin sliding the pouring inlet of top force and the penetrating hole of bottom force. CONSTITUTION:The top force 1 and bottom force 4 having the requried chase of product form are closed, and the bottom force 4 is retained in the state having space between a plate 7. In this state the slide core pin 6 comes out from the pouring inlet 3 of the top force 1, so material 2 can be introduced into the space maintained in the form of product through the pouring inlet 3. Thereafter by closing the plate 7 to abut against the bottom force 4, the slide core pin 6 is put into the pouring inlet 3 and blocks that. In this state by introducing the mold in a furnace maintained in a definite condition, the material is molded by expansion. By opening the space between the top force1, bottom force 4, and plate 7, the product is separated from the top force 1, bottom force 4, and slide core pin 6, and is easily taken out. |
