PURPOSE:To simplify construction by directly connecting a sliding member to an extreme end of an arm fixed to a stationary blade and engaging the sliding member to an actuating ring. CONSTITUTION:An actuating ring 11 has a ring arm 14 projected therefrom and connected to an end of an L shaped arm 16. The actuating ring 11 has sliding grooves 28 projectedly disposed thereon and corresponding to respective stationary blades 25 and a sliding member 29 is slidably inserted into the sliding groove 28. The sliding member 29 has an extreme end connected to an extreme end of an arm 27 through a spherical connector 30. An actuator 21 is actuated to cause the arm 27 to turn through a connecting rod 19 and an actuating ring 11 so that a mounting angle of the stationary blade 25 is changed, which permits the simplified construction and the operating mechanism of the actuating ring.
