PURPOSE:To improve the extent of responsiveness to expansion motions, by producing attraction and repulsive force both between each of magnetic substances inside a guide member and thereby displacing an operating end position. CONSTITUTION:When a signal corresponding to a displacement amount is delivered to a coil control part 17 from a displacement operational part 19, a magnetic field is produced out of a magnetized coil 16 whereby each magnetic substance is magnetized, and both N and S poles appear in both ends of it. If magnetic poles appearing in each of these magnetic substances being opposed are N-N poles and S-S poles in homopolarity, repulsive force is produced between each magnetic substance 14, and if they are N-S poles in heteropolarity, attraction is produced there. Therefore, the whole position of each magnetic substance 14 is made longer as much as plural times Lm of a distance LA to be produced by the repulsion, thus responsiveness to expansion motions is improved.
