The invention relates to a device for liquid neutralisation of exhaust gases from an internal combustion engine. The liquid neutralisation device according to the invention comprises, on the one hand, a housing 1, which is intended to be filled with a neutralising solution and is connected to an exhaust line in the form of a nozzle 3, which is constructed from a narrowing through-ducting element (a so-called inverse diffuser) 4, a neck part 5 and a diffuser 6, which are arranged in series, viewed in the direction of flow of the exhaust gases and, on the other hand, a filter 2 for separating solid and liquid phase fractions from the exhaust gases. The filter 2 is arranged downstream of the nozzle 3, viewed in the direction of flow of the exhaust gases, and is situated above the level of the neutralising solution. The neutralising solution device according to the present invention is characterised in that the nozzle 3 is provided with at least one duct 11 connected to the cavity of the housing 1, which duct is intended for feeding the neutralising solution into the gas flow and is accommodated in a zone, in which the narrowing element 4 of the nozzle 3 is arranged, whilst the filter 2 takes the form of a cyclone, the first pipeline 14 of which is intended for drawing off the exhaust gases and is connected to the atmosphere, and the second pipeline 15 of which is intended for drawing off the liquid and solid phase fractions retained in the cyclone and is connected to the lower part 16 of the cavity in the housing 1. <IMAGE> |
