PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of flatness and size by forming a casting tool which can integrally form many moldings having desired slopes and cutting the moldings to the size and width of the prescribed trapezoidal prism after casting. CONSTITUTION:The metallic mold 10 for casting which can integrally form the many moldings having the desired slopes is prepd. The castings 13 are formed after casting and are cut to the width l3 of the prescribed trapozoidal prism. A liquid or granular thermosetting resin essentially consisting of an epoxy resin is used for plastic. The stage is simple and the angle alpha of inclination and the sizes l1, l2 are assured in the stage of casting. The need for cutting and polishing to difficult angles of inclination of eliminated. The trapezoidal prism having the highly accurate flatness and size is thus easily formed. |
